在其它或者任意系统上，如果可以安装.NET8.0 SDK，那可以在安装SDK后从官网 https://linker.snltty.com 或者 GitHub https://github.com/snltty/linker/releases 下载linker-any.zip 解压运行dotnet linker.dll
